What sets you apart from other travel agencies?
With years of training under our belt, we understand how to create travel experiences for most budgets. From affordable luxury to five-star luxury, we will maximize your budget and develop the best package for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For qualified bookings, you are able to submit a deposit to secure your reservation and make payments until the final balance is due. If payment plans are unavailable from suppliers, you can finance your trip for up to $25,000 (subject to credit approval).
Who pays the research fee for a group?
The host! Whoever is spearheading the group will be responsible for paying the research fee. We will only process one credit card for the group research fee.
Will my rates be guaranteed?
The only way to guarantee that you receive a quoted rate is to secure a deposit. Travel rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
Can I cancel my trip and get my money back?
Most travel packages are non-refundable, however, If you have purchased travel protection you have the ability to receive a refund in the form of a travel credit with the supplier or in the original form of payment. All client-initiated cancelations are subject to Goins Worldwide cancelation fees.
